This was a huge house, over 7,000 square feet, in North Tustin, CA. The issue was that these renters were moving into a home that had been previously inhabited by cigarette smokers. The renters had been living in it for a few days. The property had not been cleaned or treated the property sufficiently before the renters moved in and left it to the renters to fend for themselves. To make sure that we got the job done right we split the house into upper and lower floors and treated each separately, 3,500 square feet the first day, same amount the next day. The boat had a mildew smell problem which is very common when boats remain closed up because they have no ventilation. This is generally a problem during the winter months, the 3 month period around the holiday. It can be prevented, generally, by opening up the craft at least once a month.
