We got a call from a woman who had just purchased a 2022 Hyundai Palisade at a local auction in Long Beach on Willow.
When she got the car, she began to notice a lingering smell of both cigarette and cigar smoke, much to her dismay. Thankfully she had also picked up one of our flyers that we take to local car auction houses.
This car responed well to the 3 hour treatment that we gave it. Keep in mind that these are industrial strength machines that could deodorize a small warehouse, much less a car. Cars can be completed in as little as 2 hours but we like to make sure that the problem is handled once and for all.
This woman was a private party, not the auction house or dealership and she was very happy with the results.
