Removed Cigarette & Cannabis Smoke Smell from two-bedroom apartment in Torrance, California – happy renter!

Cigarett & Cannabis smoke smell removal, Torrance, CA - Odor Removal Experts of LA & OC
We just finished a job in Torrance near the Madrona Marsh Preserve. It was a two-bedroom apartment of about 850 square feet, so pretty good sized apartment. They had both cigarette and cannabis smoke smell issues and it seemed like they smoked everywhere in the apartment. The job went very very well and the apartment's new renter is going to write us a review. This was an average job in that we set up 2 machines and fans and left them for 24 hours. Usually the person calling us is the apartment manager but in this case it was the renter. It doesn't matter to us! If you're an apartment owner, manager or renter and have cigarette and cannabis odor issues that need removing give us a call at (714) 605-0846 or use our handy contact form, we are happy to help!

Cannabis Smoke Smell Removal from Culver City, CA Condo – calling all condo owners!

Cannabis smell removal from condo in Culver City, CA - Odor Removal Experts of L.A. and O.C.
The property owner found via a web search and owner called about his high-rent, one unit in Culver City. Apparently the last renter had smoked cannabis AND cigars in the unit extensively in violation of the contract. This was an 1,800 square foot condominium with cigar and cannabis smell. As usual, we match the number of machines and duration of treatment to match the cubic volume of air and the strength of the smell. We brought in an extra machine for this job and left them working for 24-hours. Property owner was very satisfied with the job and will use our odor removal services again for other properties that he owns. If you're condo or property owner in Culver City, California and you have a cigar or cannabis smoke odor problem call us at (714) 605-0846 or use our handy contact form.

Odor Removal Challenge: 38 foot Motorhome, Wilmington Harbor, CA

Motorhome odor removal, Wilmington, CA - Odor Removal Experts of LA & OC
This motorhome has been parking in the parking lot of the Wilmington Marina for 2-3 years, perhaps longer. They had been living in it, smoking cannabis, cooking smells, a real wide variety of living odors. In addition, they had a bunch of stuff in cardboard boxes, personal possessions, papers, nothing particularly smelly, no herbs, but every either has a smell itself or traps smells on it's surfaces or in the contents. Since it was just the motorhome, not that big, and could be closed up tight we used just one machine and gave it an overnight treatment. This treatment worked, the customer was happy and could get back to odor-free living. If you have a motorhome in Wilmington or anywhere else in Los Angeles and Orange Counties and need cannabis or cooking smells removed call the Odor Removal Experts at (714) 605-0846 or use…

Cigarettes, Cannabis & Mold smell removed from 3 bedroom apartment in Santa Monica, CA

Cigarettes, cannabis and mold odors removed in Santa Monica, CA - Odor Removal Experts of LA & OC.
This was a quite nice 3 bedroom apartment located in Santa Monica, California. In addition to having an issue with cigarette and cannabis smells, there was no bathroom ventilation fan in the bathroom which contributed to mold and mildew smell issues around the tub. We advised them to attack the mold around the tub with a spray bottle of Clorox bleach to begin the process of killing the mold, the source of the mildew smell. We told them that they need to scrub it or it comes back as well. Our ozone treatment does kill mold but it's not practical to use it all the time so ventilation and bleach should be the first lines of defense. If you have one of these compound odor issue, like cigarettes, cannabis and mold or mildew, feel free to contact the Odor Removal Experts at (714) 605-0846…

Cigarette, Cannabis Smoke and mold smells removed from car and clothes in Culver City, California

Cigarette, Cannabis & Mold odor removed from car & clothing - Culver City, Los Angeles, CA - Odor Removal Experts of LA & OC
This was not the usual odor removal job, as it involved items of clothing, but after it was done it made total sense. The problem was that, in addition to the Cigarette and Cannabis Smoke smells, the car had been shipped over from Europe on a boat with the clothes in it and there was enough moisture inside it that everything had a little mold smell as well. They noticed after picking the car up from the shipping company. So we hung the clothes in the car and treated them both at the same time and killed "three smells with one stone!". This job was in Culver City, California. We serve all of Los Angeles and Orange Counties with our Odor Removal services and will travel to outlying areas for a reasonable additional fee for time and gas. So if you ever have tough…
