The property owner found via a web search and owner called about his high-rent, one unit in Culver City. Apparently the last renter had smoked cannabis AND cigars in the unit extensively in violation of the contract.
This was an 1,800 square foot condominium with cigar and cannabis smell.
As usual, we match the number of machines and duration of treatment to match the cubic volume of air and the strength of the smell. We brought in an extra machine for this job and left them working for 24-hours.
