Commercial Odor Removal at Sony Studios in Culver City

Professional commercial odor removal services using two machines to deodorize a 2,000 square foot sound editing studio at Sony Studios in Culver City.
At Odor Removal Experts of OC & L.A., we are used to working in unique environments, but our latest project took us straight to the heart of Hollywood history. We recently completed a specialized Commercial Odor Removal project at Sony Studios in Culver City. When a high-profile production facility needs to ensure its air quality matches its world-class acoustics, they trust the local professionals to get the job done right. This particular job involved a sound editing studio that was facing a common but difficult challenge. Because these rooms are designed for perfect sound isolation, they often have next to no natural ventilation. Over time, this lack of airflow can lead to a build-up of stale, unpleasant smells that permeate the workspace. The client found us via a Google search and reached out to see if we could handle a 2,000 square-foot space with…

Success! We removed cigarette smoke smell from a small bungalow in Santa Monica, CA.

Cigarette smoke smell removal, Santa Monica, CA - Odor Removal Experts of LA & OC
We got a call from a customer in Santa Monica.  They had a cigarette smoke smell issue in Air BnB property, a small bungalow outside the main house. It was the weekend so we went ahead and gave them the standard overnight, 24-hour treatment that we do and everyone was satisfied. The best part about the ozone machine is that it's treatment goes into the carpet, grapes and bedspreads, anywhere smoke permeates, the ozone can go as well. As with all ozone treatments, we have the client remove any live plants, oil paintings and pets. If you live in the Santa Monica area, whether you have an Air BnB, an apartment, house, car, truck or boat, if you need smells removed please give us a call at (714) 605-0846 or use our handy contact form.

Cigarettes, Cannabis & Mold smell removed from 3 bedroom apartment in Santa Monica, CA

Cigarettes, cannabis and mold odors removed in Santa Monica, CA - Odor Removal Experts of LA & OC.
This was a quite nice 3 bedroom apartment located in Santa Monica, California. In addition to having an issue with cigarette and cannabis smells, there was no bathroom ventilation fan in the bathroom which contributed to mold and mildew smell issues around the tub. We advised them to attack the mold around the tub with a spray bottle of Clorox bleach to begin the process of killing the mold, the source of the mildew smell. We told them that they need to scrub it or it comes back as well. Our ozone treatment does kill mold but it's not practical to use it all the time so ventilation and bleach should be the first lines of defense. If you have one of these compound odor issue, like cigarettes, cannabis and mold or mildew, feel free to contact the Odor Removal Experts at (714) 605-0846…

Cigarette, Cannabis Smoke and mold smells removed from car and clothes in Culver City, California

Cigarette, Cannabis & Mold odor removed from car & clothing - Culver City, Los Angeles, CA - Odor Removal Experts of LA & OC
This was not the usual odor removal job, as it involved items of clothing, but after it was done it made total sense. The problem was that, in addition to the Cigarette and Cannabis Smoke smells, the car had been shipped over from Europe on a boat with the clothes in it and there was enough moisture inside it that everything had a little mold smell as well. They noticed after picking the car up from the shipping company. So we hung the clothes in the car and treated them both at the same time and killed "three smells with one stone!". This job was in Culver City, California. We serve all of Los Angeles and Orange Counties with our Odor Removal services and will travel to outlying areas for a reasonable additional fee for time and gas. So if you ever have tough…
