This job was a combination of cigarette smoke smell and rat smell. Surprisingly, there are a fair amount of rats in the Palos Verdes area and these had made a nest in their drop ceiling.
Their real estate office included two suites, around 4400 ft. square feet.
We did our standard treatment of two machines for 24 hours and successfully got the smell out.
