Cigarette, Cannabis & Mold odor removed from car & clothing - Culver City, Los Angeles, CA - Odor Removal Experts of LA & OC

This was not the usual odor removal job, as it involved items of clothing, but after it was done it made total sense. The problem was that, in addition to the Cigarette and Cannabis Smoke smells, the car had been shipped over from Europe on a boat with the clothes in it and there was enough moisture inside it that everything had a little mold smell as well. They noticed after picking the car up from the shipping company. So we hung the clothes in the car and treated them both at the same time and killed "three smells with one stone!". This job was in Culver City, California. We serve all of Los Angeles and Orange Counties with our Odor Removal services and will travel to outlying areas for a reasonable additional fee for time and gas. So if you ever have tough…

Cigarette Smell removed from huge house in Tustin, CA

Cigarette Odor Removal in North, Tustin, CA - Odor Removal Experts of L.A. & O.C.

This was a huge house, over 7,000 square feet, in North Tustin, CA. The issue was that these renters were moving into a home that had been previously inhabited by cigarette smokers. The renters had been living in it for a few days. The property had not been cleaned or treated the property sufficiently before the renters moved in and left it to the renters to fend for themselves. To make sure that we got the job done right we split the house into upper and lower floors and treated each separately, 3,500 square feet the first day, same amount the next day. We don't recommend approaching things this way. It's much better to clean and deodorize first to prevent the exposure of more surface area to the smelly smoke. If you live in Tustin, CA and have any odor removal needs feel free…

Removed Cigarette Smoke from a Long Beach, CA Condo

Cigarette smell & living odors removed from this Long Beach, CA condo

This client had just purchased a 1 bedroom condo unit in Long Beach that had been previously owned by a person who smoked. The woman had just moved in but the previous owners had been there for 5 years and there were the stale odors of living with not enough ventilation and the aforementioned smoking. Even though the house had been cleaned, and the carpets shampooed before move-in, there was still a smell problem. The bedroom was a problem area as it had carpeted floors that seemed to be retaining smells even after a thorough commercial cleaning. We set up our machines, one based in the problem bedroom, and the other in the kitchen/dining room combination area. We ran them for 24 hours, as is our usual approach. We had them take out their air filter and had them run the air conditioning to…

Cigar & Cigarette Smoke removal from a Hyundai Palisade

2022 Hyundai Palisades with Cigarette & Cigar smoke deodorized

We got a call from a woman who had just purchased a 2022 Hyundai Palisade at a local auction in Long Beach on Willow. When she got the car, she began to notice a lingering smell of both cigarette and cigar smoke, much to her dismay. Thankfully she had also picked up one of our flyers that we take to local car auction houses. This car responed well to the 3 hour treatment that we gave it. Keep in mind that these are industrial strength machines that could deodorize a small warehouse, much less a car. Cars can be completed in as little as 2 hours but we like to make sure that the problem is handled once and for all. This woman was a private party, not the auction house or dealership and she was very happy with the results. If you've recently…

Cigarette Smoke Smell removed from Apartment in Santa Monica, CA

Cigarette odor removal, Santa Monica, CA - Odor Removal Experts of LA & OC

This was a very interesting job for multiple reasons. I was contacted by the owner of an apartment in Santa Monica who had been using it as an Air BnB for quite some time. He wanted to stop doing Air BnB and move in himself but there were cigarette smoke issues throughout the apartment. He had even had the carpets and the upholstery cleaned but there was still the smoking smell odor in the drapes and elsewhere. This was a very nice apartment, 2,800 square feet just 3 blocks from the ocean and with a beautiful view. As with all jobs, especially of this square footage, it becomes an overnight process: we set up our equipment, open all the cupboards, remove any plants or pets to the garage or sitter, seal the house to contain the ozone so that it can do its work.…

We removed bad odors and cigarette smells in this Fullerton apartment

Fullerton Apartment Cigarette Smoke odor removal

This rental property owner in Fullerton found us via web search. They had new tenants move in but the tenants detected the odor of cigarette smoke even after the unit had been freshly painted. There was also a general bad odor of undetermined origin as well, possibly coming from under the fridge, an accumulation of cooking smells, anyone’s guess. We set up our machines for a standard 24-hour treatment. As with any apartment units that have heating and air conditioning, we take out the filter and run the system for the duration of the treatment so that the treated air can go through the HVAC system to clean the smells there. This customer started out a skeptic, not believing that our system could handle the problem. Overnight they became a believer and are very happy with the odor removal we did for them. If…
