This was a job where a Building Products supply company had a really intense rat smell in their back room and needed odor removal help. Their office manager found us on line and gave us a call. We went out looked at their issue which was caused when a rat died and was eventually found, then even removed, but the lingering odor was forcing the staff out of the offices and into the warehouse in order to work! Not a good situation for any business! It was a huge upheaval for work situation and ability to get things done. Cigarette Smell removed from huge house in Tustin, CA

Cigarette Odor Removal in North, Tustin, CA - Odor Removal Experts of L.A. & O.C.

This was a huge house, over 7,000 square feet, in North Tustin, CA. The issue was that these renters were moving into a home that had been previously inhabited by cigarette smokers. The renters had been living in it for a few days. The property had not been cleaned or treated the property sufficiently before the renters moved in and left it to the renters to fend for themselves. To make sure that we got the job done right we split the house into upper and lower floors and treated each separately, 3,500 square feet the first day, same amount the next day. We don't recommend approaching things this way. It's much better to clean and deodorize first to prevent the exposure of more surface area to the smelly smoke. If you live in Tustin, CA and have any odor removal needs feel free…

Killed Cockroach Infestation and Deodorized a 2022 Honda Civic in Westminster, CA

This is an interesting one in that it comes from a large Honda dealership. We frequently work with car dealerships, auto body repair shops and auto auctions around Los Angeles and Orange Counties. This one was when we killed cockroach infestation and deodorized a 2022 Honda Civic in Westminster, California. This was a beautiful, relatively new car but somehow it had a cockroach problem and so the dealership called us to come treat the car in their garage. As you can see by the pictures, we put two machines in it: one in the trunk and one up front and left it in for three hours. We also placed a fan in the back seat to make sure that the treatment reached every nook and cranny. Ozone attacks and oxidizes organic molecules which is why we have homeowners and their pets vacate the house…

Removed mildew smell from a 35′ Sea Ray in Huntington Harbor

35' Sea Ray Huntington Harbor - mildew smell removed - Odor Removal Experts of OC & LA

These vessel is docked in Huntington Harbor and the owner saw our flyer at a Marine Hardware store on the bulletin board. The boat had a mildew smell problem which is very common when boats remain closed up because they have no ventilation. This is generally a problem during the winter months, the 3 month period around the holiday. It can be prevented, generally, by opening up the craft at least once a month. There are other devices, like a boat heater that has the effect of taking moisture out automatically It's also possible to put rock salt in containers here and there which can pull the moisture from the air. Never put salt directly on paint or any finished surface! In any case none of these methods were used so we brought our machines in for an overnight treatment, 24-hours, just to make…

Cigar & Cigarette Smoke removal from a Hyundai Palisade

2022 Hyundai Palisades with Cigarette & Cigar smoke deodorized

We got a call from a woman who had just purchased a 2022 Hyundai Palisade at a local auction in Long Beach on Willow. When she got the car, she began to notice a lingering smell of both cigarette and cigar smoke, much to her dismay. Thankfully she had also picked up one of our flyers that we take to local car auction houses. This car responed well to the 3 hour treatment that we gave it. Keep in mind that these are industrial strength machines that could deodorize a small warehouse, much less a car. Cars can be completed in as little as 2 hours but we like to make sure that the problem is handled once and for all. This woman was a private party, not the auction house or dealership and she was very happy with the results. If you've recently…
