This was a newly purchased two-story house in Irvine, around 5,000 square feet, where the previous owners smoked in doors, smoked a lot and smoked in every room. How do we know this? Because besides the obvious smell there were cigarette burns in the carpet in the master bedroom, around the bed, around the night stands.
The poor new owner had been there for only 30 days and had tried replacing the carpet, doing a full cleaning of the house, it wasn’t enough, it still didn’t get rid of the smell. They didn’t want to suffer any more and so they called us.
We brought the equipment necessary, we can do even larger spaces, and set it up for our traditional overnight treatment. In the morning, after letting the ozone dissipate, the smell was gone!
