We got the call to do odor removal on this home in Van Nuys, CA in the Van Owen and Hazeltine area. It was a 2-bedroom, single family house in the style popular in 1949. The home had a tenant who smoked for 30 years and so the carpets were pulled up and the wood floors sanded clean of a combination of cigarette and living smells. We require that the source of the odor be addressed before we can do our work. We used 2 machines and did our standard overnight treatment and have another satisfied customer. If you own a home or rental property in the Van Nuys, California area we are happy to provide you with an estimate and can often do the job within 24-hours.
